Refund Policy

At Venta Wellness, you have a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your order in the mail. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, with the seal still intact, and the packaging should remain in its original state as dispatched, complying with the Distance Selling Act. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and you can find our contact information in the designated section.

In case the product is defective or you receive the wrong item, we'll gladly replace it at no extra charge, as long as the packaging is undamaged and the seal remains unbroken. If there's any internal damage to the product, please inform us, and we'll determine the appropriate course of action. If the issue is due to manufacturing fault and not transportation, we will initiate a refund or replacement process.

Upon receiving the product, please ensure that the package matches your order and that the packaging is properly sealed and intact. If you notice any discrepancies due to transportation, kindly get in touch with the courier to follow the necessary protocols for damaged goods.

If the product's packaging seems tampered, damaged, or if the seal is broken due to transportation, please do not accept the delivery.
